Approximately 50% of emergency admissions can be managed by HEAL Specialist Urgent Care. Our research found patients wanted quality, convenience and care - to be looked after, not just treated like a number. A health care brand can have personality!
We developed a brand and marketing strategy to help HEAL articulate their single-minded proposition: Taking your care to a new level.
We defined their tone of voice which landed on a mix of knowledgeable, welcoming and fun. Fun and healthcare = not your average pairing but fitting for the HEAL patient experience which is way above average - think hotel quality amenities, the good snacks, a lounge room instead of a waiting room, but most importantly, treating people, not patients.
Focusing on awareness and cutting through to the target audience, we developed tailored messaging, content and creative campaign ideas to help HEAL stand out and drive growth.
Patient numbers have increased by 159% in the first six months we’ve been working with HEAL.
Our campaigns have grown awareness for HEAL so much that we’ve helped them launch a second clinic with incredible results from day one due to exceptional press coverage, huge community reach and engagement and key dignitary support across the Hunter Region.
